If you had said to me five years ago that one day I would not be able to walk along the Riverfront without running into multiple film sets, I would have said you were nuts. Welcome to the new Detroit. I read something (I can't remember where) that referred to us as the Hollywood of the Midwest. Sightings of movie stars abound. And while walking the dogs yesterday, I passed three (!!) different places that were set up to film, two for "
Detroit 187", and one for "
LOL:Laughing Out Loud".
"LOL" was filming on the side of the Albert Kahn-designed Garden Court Apartments/Condo building.....
